A critical wound that threatens survival. Effects by type: Gunshot — organ damage, take 1d10 damage per hour until surgically repaired. Bleeding — major hemorrhage, lose 3 Health per round, death imminent without emergency treatment. Blunt Force — compound fracture with internal bleeding, make a Body Save each hour or take 1d10 damage. Fire/Explosives — extensive burns, take 2d10 damage per day, permanent scarring. Gore — limb partially severed, the limb is non-functional and requires reattachment surgery. Shock/Energy — cardiac arrest, make a Body Save or die.
